had an issue, seller apologized but only gave a 30% refund. I bought a 1/4 zip and they sent a full zip. Their picture was very suspicious.... with sleeve covering the zipper which tells me it was intentional. Also I have my own used Kleenex, didn't need there's! there was also Kleenex and a mask in the pockets. After all this they didn't send a full refund? but they did apologize but no refund.

Hello buyer, you refused to send the item back and insisted you wanted to keep the item and get a full refund. So, i refunded 60% (Not 30%) and you got to keep the item like you wanted to. As stated before I was out of town and it was an honest mistake. This won’t happen again. My apologies, - TGT
