Won the auction and immediately paid only to be informed by Ebay that the seller decided on its own to undue the transaction without even contacting me. Really disappointed in this seller’s behavior as I would have liked to have heard about this action beforehand or, at least, directly from the seller. For this reason, I regret to say that I can’t recommend this particular seller.

Hello, I completely agree with you. I should have contacted with you prior to cancelling the order. I would like to explain what happened. I had made a large purchase (approx. $1,000). It was during the promotion so the hat came with the order. I ended up keeping two dresses and returning the others to Lilly Pulitzer. I did not realize that Lilly Pulizer changed their policy in regards to GWP. I would have received a merchandise credit for approx. $750 instead of a refund if I kept the hat.
