When I bought the part for my heater, the seller DID NOT have a no return policy shown on his site. He deliberately added that to avoid refunding ALL my money for the defective part he sent me. He says he did not know it was broken but he advertised it as a good part. I believe it is h is responsibility to know what he is selling and to refund the money.
