The box it was shipped in was too small, and without enough packaging material. The seller either doesn’t have experience with shipping fragile items— or they just didn’t care enough to pack it properly. Also, I was issued a partial refund, not a full refund. I contacted the seller several days ago questioning why the partial refund, but the seller hasn’t responded.
