The tank was listed as raw steel and what I received had primer on it and every orifice was rusted as well as the interior. Not just flash rust, but flaky, crusty rust. The seller said it was new. If it's new, it looked like it had been sitting in salt water. The creases along the top edges, which are a major feature of this tank, are very rough and the seller said it should be corrected in painting. Again, this was not a metal finished raw tank like the listing photos.
