I received the parcel in a very bad condition! Very poor and horrible packaging. Two side of the box open. two instruments in the same box without separation or protection and free to move one aginst the other. The Philip Harris looks ok, but the other one has the coil circle bent on one side, maybe due to a mechanical shock? 40pound for a very bad shipping service. Really disappointed!

THIS WAS EBAYS OWN GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAM THAT DID THIS. MY PACKAGING WAS ALL INDIVIDUALLY BUBBLE WRAPPED AND HIGHLY SECURE. THEY UNPACKAGE AND INSPECT AND RE PACKAGE. I HAVE EXPLAINED AND FEEL THIS IS A MISREPRESENTATION ON MY FEEDBACK. THIS WAS FULLY OUT OF MY CONTROL AND NOT MY DOING. EBAY SHOULD REMOVE THIS AND GSP SHOULD DO BETTER
