I am sorry that your CD didn't arrive in Mexico within 28 days. The tracking info did say it was "Running behind" so the CD may still get there. Sorry you felt you had to post negative feedback as you did get fully refunded and may still end up getting the CD. You only had a feedback score of "0" when you ordered and I gave you positive feedback when I posted the CD (I should have waited). You did not communicate in English and Google had a hard time translating.
