Nach dem Fernabsatzgesetz hat der Kunde nach Erhalt der Ware zwei Wochen lang die Möglichkeit, die bestellten Artikel zurückzusenden. Das Rückgaberecht wird durch die fristgerechte Absendung der erhaltenen Waren ausgeübt. Der Kaufvertrag wird damit aufgelöst. Die bereits geleisteten Zahlungen erstattet Vigmos – Danny Röhr per Überweisung. Zur Wahrung der Rücksendefrist genügt die rechtzeitige Absendung der Ware.

Offensichtliche Mängel (insbesondere Beschädigungen, Falschlieferungen oder Mengenabweichungen), Transportschäden oder sonstige Mängel müssen Vigmos – Danny Röhr unverzüglich und dokumentarisch, spätestens jedoch innerhalb einer Frist von 10 Kalendertagen nach Erhalt der Ware schriftlich mitgeteilt werden. Hierzu genügt eine Mitteilung per E-Mail an vigmos@gmx.de.

Im Rahmen des Rückgaberechts hat der Kunde die Möglichkeit, bestellte Artikel zu prüfen und in Augenschein zu nehmen, so wie dies auch in einem Ladengeschäft möglich wäre. Dieses Recht beinhaltet nicht die Verwendung der gelieferten Artikel. Vigmos – Danny Röhr nimmt keine Ware zurück, die sichtbare Gebrauchsspuren aufweisen und somit einen erneuten Verkauf des Produktes unmöglich machen. Rücksendungen müssen an Vigmos – Danny Röhr, Campestrasse 6, 04229 Leipzig geschickt werden.

Die Abtretung von Gewährleistungsansprüchen an Dritte ist ausgeschlossen.
