Not in full working condition as listed. Will play tapes but does not change them. We tried to write to seller but received no response. Had my husband who is an engineering tech II and previous radio tech work on it initially since we didn't assume there would be a return either way. The communication was to let the seller know the radio was not as listed, did not expect a refund/return but still expected some sort of response especially due to how much money our 14 yr old son paid for it.

All items have buyer protection. I also accept all returns. I cannot start a return on your behalf. Your initial message said it was damaged during shipping and that you attempted to repair it on your own. I assumed you solved the problem. It was fully functioning when sent. I have video of this unit working using all functions to avoid this scenario.
