Shaft moves friendly both ways , not frozen , no idea if there are leaks or other problems .Important : Absolutely no intention to sell it "ready to go" , the cylinder was not fully test it , as I explained before , apologies about the lack of information , listed just for parts , repair , non working or whatever it is . Please , I strongly recommend to do your own research prior to buy, in order to make sure match your engine application . Might fit several Outboard Engine Models Absolutely no water or fire damage , engine was not under water . I did not perform any test after been removed , steering system was out of the boatListed as " for parts or non working " because I do not deal with refunds , returns or warranties . Sold as is . Sales are final.”
