This receiver was described as New , but when I unpacked it I noticed the Bass control nob was loose and damaged and makes a static sound when you slide it back and forth, also there is a dent on the lower right corner below the RS emblem with several scratches as well. An item that is described as new should basically have no flaws or damage.
