Pottery was not as described, was poorly packaged, and arrived with one bowl broken. Seller accused me of breaking it, then later apologized. Seller claims to accept returns, but asked me to please not return because it will cost him too much money. We reached an agreement and I’m being partially refunded. This took days and multiple messages to resolve.
