Very negative experience. Seller took my money and I received a package from Amazon. When I look at the package, it is a “gift” package from the seller. They overcharged me $13 for an item Amazon sells for $25. I was under the impression I was getting a genuine dyson part, not a knock off from Amazon. I could have order that myself and saved $40. Jeez. People like you give ebay sellers a bad name

This was a difficult and very demanding customer - she got mad over a hairdryer accessory. item was advertised correctly and sent within 24 hours. We sell many of these and use an FBA process for ease of delivery. Sorry you were unhappy but we did nothing wrong
