I never received the item I ordered. I never heard a word from the seller. Instead of receiving my item or word from the seller I waited over 2 weeks in limbo. Some explanation would have been very helpful. It appeared the shipment never left building. Finally, ebay offered their help and I said I still want the item. Their response was quick but only to say YOU'LL BE RECEIVEING YOUR REFUND! That was not the help I wanted. That just seemed like the quickest way to get my case resolved.

Item was eventually returned to us because of "wrong format shipping type". WE did communicate with the buyer, but since he had opened a dispute with eBay without communicating with us before, eBay decided to issue a refund. He ended up buying the same item from us again and this feedback should be removed
