Vendor never even attempted to send the item! When they didn't get a large enough bid for their item they just canceled the sale, after the auction was completed. If they put an item up for auction they should put a reasonable opening bid amount, instead of hoping for more and canceling the sale after the auction doesn't get them the money they wanted. This is a highly deceitful practice and should NOT be allowed.
