Item not as described. Listed as having no cracks or chips. Arrived with a large sliver out of the rim, leaving a sharp edge which could easily cut a person. Immediately contacted the seller and sent photos. Seller denied it was chipped when mailed and said they didn’t sell junk. I heard nothing else for 2 days, then received a curt email saying to throw it away and they issued a refund. My husband looked at the pictures in his high res computer and could see the sliver. Not impressed.

You first responded on 5/4/24 at 1258 PM advising it was damaged, I at 249 PM asking if damaged to box etc you answered 5/5 8:28 AM saying you unwrapped it and it was in that condition. I replied 5/5/24 1136 AM with 24 hours of your original request stating no need to return and that I issued a full refund.
