Yes I have contacted both the seller and Ebay. Ebay has also contacted them on my behalf (18th May 2024) and have requested the seller issue a refund to me. My issue is that the package not only didn't arrive at my end, it never left the USA in the first place! The shipping company/postal service in the USA said that it contained a prohibited and dangerous item and was being returned to the seller. I'm still waiting to hear back from the seller and Ebay.
