Upon receipt of this ring, it was missing one stone. I contacted the vendor, who stated that maybe it got lost in shipping. I can assure you that the loose stone was not in the packaging. The seller has not offered to reimburse me for the defective product or return. Don’t waste your time dealing with them, it will also leave you disappointed. If I can get the stone replaced here, it will be at my expense of course. Not impressed.
