The badge is in great condition just like advertised by the photos. The red of the flag is still vivid which is never a given for old badges and medal (my USSR jubilee badge can testify of this). This also goes for the gilding. If you except some scratches on the gilding you could think it's brand new from the mint. This badge also came with a free pioneer badge in brand new condition, no scratches and impeccable colors. Thank you again.
