Hi there,
I'm having some trouble pairing the mouse. I suspect it might be because the backplate keeps falling off.
Thank you for providing the batteries. I tried installing them, and even replaced them with fresh ones to see if that was the issue. Unfortunately, the mouse still won't pair.
I believe the loose backplate might be preventing a proper connection. I've attached a video for reference.
Could you please advise on the next steps for troubleshooting this issue?
