UPS lacking but that's not Gixxer Restorations fault. Labeled and shipped ASAP. Package arrived intact, contents were well packed and the box was well sealed. No way it would be moving or getting damaged without serious foolishness from UPS. Product was as pictured damage and part wise, getting a true photo of carbon fiber is challenging but they got it. Quality is great. Wasn't counterfeit, fit perfectly, looks good, sounds exactly how I wanted. Great deal, solid seller
