I'm sorry to hear you were unhappy with the condition of the riser you purchased. I made no attempt to hide the condition of the riser and even added additional photos to highlight areas of excessive wear. The price of the riser was also adjusted to reflect the cosmetic condition. Ultimately you were unhappy and returned the riser for a full refund which was processed without dispute.
