Horrible seller. Late shipping, shipped in a flimsy styrofoam sheet and then would not even try to rectify the damage. Item arrived very damaged, I tried in good faith to purchase the same listed item to replace the damaged item, seller said it had already been sold, seller refused to take the order for a different item and simply cancelled my order. Ian did not communicate in a timely manner. Have been purchasing on ebay frequently for 10 years, this was a terrible experience.

These prints have been shipped the same way for 10 years without damage. It was punctured! Prompt refund = damage rectified. My communication/service is flawless. Purchase was cancelled due to your condescending tone, failure to communicate in a professional manner, attempts to subvert the process by attempting to purchase with another account and demanding that I replace the damaged print with another one of higher value free of charge. And suggesting if I didn't, I was being difficult.
