I purchased item 26th April. On 10th May they messaged about something to do with the item not tracking and that it now coming back to them. I asked about sending a replacement or re purchasing for the same price. 12th May now say there is a problem with the batch and cannot send out. They pushed for a refund. BUT THE ITEM IS STILL LISTED FOR SALE! Finally got a refund of the purchase on 13th May. Would avoid different excuses every time.
