The metal used for cuffs was so hard it could not be bent. I contacted seller requesting a refund and he twice offered me 2 partial refunds of a few dollars and I could keep the useless item, when I had paid him $19.47 He also told me there was nothing wrong with his product. I declined both offers. He finally accepted return but told me I had to pay for return postage, which is against ebay rules. I had to get ebay involved and got a refund through them. Poor product, poor customer service.
