Item didn’t ship for about two weeks after I paid. Took multiple messages for them to respond. Once it did finally arrive there was a part missing that was present in their listing photos. Sent message with picture of part missing and of the picture they posted on the listing that showed the part. Again no response. After following up a few times they just messaged back that the part should have been there. I agreed with that however it wasn’t.
After that no contact. Seller went silent .
