I have a TomTom Start 60 which this item is supposed to fit, it didn't. The arm length is much shorter than the original which makes it impossible to use, it doesn't fold flat to the TomTom for storage. Also the ball is too small. eBay is full of cheap knock-off copies, sometimes they are okay and you can use them, sometimes they are simply rubbish but let it go because it was cheap and its not worth the hassle. I asked for a refund; I didn't have to return it, as I was just refunded my money.
