Accurate description, very good packaging, secure delivery. Super seller. On checkout eBay/Paypal stated that "we remit this VAT payment to the Norwegian government for you". This was not true. eBay/Paypal did not send the VOEC No 2024926 digitaly to the forwarding agent. Thus I had to pay the VAT once more, in effect more than twice, on collecting the parcel at the Post office. What does eBay/Paypal actually do with the VAT payment on checkout???
