Due to buyer inexperience on ebay and their inability to navigate to "see full description", negative feedback was unfairly left. The customers complaints concerning the purchase were explained thoroughly and in detail in the item description - highlighting every objection they had against us. Even after directing them to the original sales description, and quoting it, they refused to acknowledge it was simply an error on their part and instead decided to stand on their mistake. Immoral buyer.
