I received my product initially broken. It had a crack down the side of the headpiece but the seller after contacting them explaining my issue was helpful enough to send me a new one at no charge making sure I was satisfied with my purchase. The new one came in about two weeks after mentioning the broken one. It arrived as if it was almost purchased brand new. Even came with the piece that is usually broken for the cable mount to keep it off of your ear.
In sum, the buy was a good experience.
