The purpose of this guide is to provide an easy-to-use consultation manual on deliberative meeting procedures that is adapted to the new requirements of the field. It consists of about one hundred rules grouped according to the chronology of a meeting: preparation, beginning, middle and end. This guide also includes two appendices: a method for filing documents related to deliberative meetings and a description of the functions and structure of meeting minutes.

A week after sending my payment, I asked when I should expect the item to ship. They assured me that it would be shipped within a day, with tracking info provided to me. They marked the item as shipped, but provided no tracking info. After nearly another week, I ask again. No response. They mark the item "cancelled at buyer's request". I missed opportunities to purchase from other sellers during the two weeks they were lying about actually having the item for sale.
