    I was very disappointed to get a frame with damage. The bike and forks were wrapped well, but the shipping box was actually two or three Amazon boxes taped together. Seller hasn’t offered to discount or pay for repairs. It was shipped fast and cheap which should have been a red flag

    I've shipped a couple dozen frames and always package them the same way and always with rave reviews. Absolutely no damage to the box per the customer's pictures and response. Likely dropped when unpackaging and not being honest about what happened. Please see my other 5 star feedback ratings for frames and other BMX parts.
