Item came assembled so not in the "brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item" condition as advertised.
US extremely faded. Keepers stretched out. Paint scraped off drain hole. Buckles scratched.
I'll keep it but caveat emptor.

While taking this apart, I found 2 broken buckles.
I would change feed back to negative if I could and should have gave negative to begin with but I was giving seller the benefit of the doubt.
