I received the item they advertised as being compatible with the bands supported by T-Mobile in the US, but it will not connect at all with the chip directly in the router and continuously connects and disconnects when connected using ethernet. So I contact the payer hoping for an update or troubleshooting to get the device to work as advertised. Nothing was provided and we agreed on a return of the defective device. I paid for return shipping which they said that would refund but have not.
