Although the printer was not working at first, after replacing the printhead it runs just fine and the seller was willing to refund enough to compensate the cost of the new printhead. I have to say Im impressed, she was very willing to Refund me but since I still needed the printer she covered the cost of repairs and now I have a functional printer at the same cost a originally posted. This seller stands behind her products!
