DVD was new and sealed; I've sold many and have never had an issue. It's possible, of course, that your disc was defective. If that was the case, and as I mentioned in my message to you, I will be happy to fully refund you—simply return the 'defective' disc. But you have not responded to any of my messages. Regardless, my offer stands, as I wish all buyers to be completely satisfied, no matter the feedback.
