    Either got messed up in transit or was a scam. Either way, did not receive my product. Had to contact customer service to resolve because seller was not helpful/responsive, which led me further to believe it to likely be a scam. Be careful of "too good to be true" deals with this seller.

    The buyer appears to be attempting a scam by making a false claim. The item was shipped to the provided address and later returned, costing me both shipping and insurance fees. I assisted the buyer to the best of my ability and advised them to escalate the issue, as the tracking number indicated the return item has not been delivered or received. I am taking a loss of $500 and will be filing an insurance claim. This customer has been blocked and banned from future transactions.
