They gave us a shipping address to send the item back to but it’s going to cost us over $90 dollars and I asked the seller to cover the cost and send us a postage label for returns. I just looked up the product and now the website is saying for this product “returns not accepted”. the seller will not refund us the money and cover the cost of postage??
