I was disappointed when first getting my computer, the battery did not work. I sent it back to them, it took a little longer than expected which was a bit annoying but it was worth the wait. They sent me a new replacement laptop and it works amazing, giving three stars because it was a bit difficult working around chatting in different time zones and with shipping.
