I don't know what to say,__ I purchased full bundle 100 pieces, before making payment I checked with him about prefix and he confirmed to send me AA prefix, while I'm making payment he changed shipping charges 65 $, Now I received items AD prefix and mixed number, I communicate with seller, he is telling me that return the items he will refund, Technically as I'm a buyer I will lose shipping charges, please see the attached picture all evidence are here,
