Disgusted! I ordered once, I didn't get what I ordered. They asked for a picture of the item that I received. It was the wrong color and they were the same thing in various sizes. The ones I ordered were black and came in 2 different shapes. Look at the picture. I took the fact they responded as good faith and tried ordering the pictured item again . Yesterday I got the exact same wrong item for the second time. In the past I ordered the same thing and got what I ordered with no problem.

I canceled the order after you informed me you didn't have the item to send me. When I purchased it you were suppose to have 10 of these available. I paid for it and I was concerned because you did not give me a refund immediately as I requested. I did receive a refund, so that is why I chose a neutral feedback instead of a negative, but not real happy how this went down. Shouldn't you check your inventory before you have an item on ebay and remove it if it is no longer available?
