You bought a brand new pair of military boots, ripped the tags off, wore them, and then returned them because one shoelace loop was bent (idk whether this occurred before or after you obtained them). There probably couldn't have been a more minor issue but you refused to simply and easily bend it back yourself, which took me a minute or two to do after receiving them. You should probably stick to slip-ons cause the "make-do" military concept isn't your thing.
