Messaged seller on 6th & again on 9th.... did not respond until later on the 9th. Asked to wait bc he did notknow why tracking did not update, or he would refund or ship out new package. I asked him to ship out new package bc I have no hot water. He said ok...... tomorrow. Why not today? Again printed a label on 10th, as of the evening of 11th, same as before... label printed, USPS waiting to receive.
