The sizes are WAY WAY off. I ordered 2 sizes larger than I would normally wear (to allow for shrinkage in the wash), and while the tag indicates a 4X the pants themselves would fit an average 4th grader. If you buy, buy larger than you think you could possibly wear--these things are TINY.
