Item to arrive by 5/31/2024, never received it. contact the seller, no response until Ebay got involved, asked seller to issue credit back on card since my customer could not wait, seller said cannot issue refund until part returned, informed seller that part only has a tracking no and nothing is shipped, how to return something that would never arrive if it is not shipped. Now got an update that the part is coming on 6/15, i order part from dealer and took care of my customer. Very Disappointed
