Seller sent an incomplete item. Picture of item shows a new item WITH the connecting electric cable included. I receivedthe new item WITHOUT the cable. I contacted the seller about it, their response was to show a copy of the delivery from the delivering company. No mention of the missing part. So when I returned the item, seller charged me $102.00. This is not right. They said it was return label charge. I am asking for Ebay to return my $102.00. Thank you.
