The service was great. The helmet was not. A non snowmobiler designed the breath guard. Never have I seen a mess like that. A modular helmet should be simple process. Drop the chin piece, pinch around nose, drop shield and go!! I have 3,4 helmets every size for friends, new riders etc. This is the only one I wouldn't give to anyone. The Chin strap is so cheap!! For a couple dollars more at manufacturer build. They could have a nice product.
