sold me a defective item which I reported less than a week from receiving. the item was authentic and is still under apple warranty so at least that's good. however the seller basically and indirectly told me that it's my problem and to just go to apple for the warranty. she wants me to just deal a faulty purchase by myself where I won't be able to use the item I purchased because she can't be responsible to take care of her customers. bad seller and bad customer support
