Chromebook arrived with BOTH USB ports damaged which is definitely a big issue. Nowadays these USB ports are needed pretty much for everything. It is a total waste of time purchasing a Chromebook that is listed as "Fully Functioning" and "Fully Tested", just to find out that this basic functionality isn't working. Seller offered a replacement but I did not have time to send this one back and wait for another one. I finally got a partial refund.
