Had good responsive communication about my request to delay delivery by a day.
The seat covers look good so far, only just fitted them.
I used the video instructions but they aren't for these covers so adapted what I saw.
They are a 'snug' fit on my X3 and took a bit of tugging here and there to get the bottom back into place. had to pull on the elastic stays to reach a suitable anchor point which broke some of the stitching on the stays to the seat cover .
Time will tell on quality otherwise.
